Producer

We are located just outside Poolesville in Dickerson, MD, on our multi-generational family farm. We provide local beef from farm to the plate. We also produce heritage corn flour straight from our field.

As farmers, we are conscientious of our land and strive to keep the land clean for future generations. Our cows are grassfed.
Our grain is used by a local distiller, who returns and recycles the grain byproducts for the cows to also consume in their diet.
Nutrients are applied to our corn and hay fields with supervision from nutrient management professionals.
